System Requirements

Juris Go requires Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher.

The version number for Juris Suite can be found on the sign in screen.

Each user of Juris Go must be a Juris Suite timekeeper and must be assigned a license to use the service.

To arrange licensing, call (866) 448-5871, after which licensing confirmation and product keys are included in a fulfillment email.

Apple iOS versions 13 through 16. The Juris Go app is available from the App Store.

Android versions 9 through 12. The Juris Go app is available from the Google Play Store.

The Juris Go Manager is a desktop application with related services. It must be installed on your computer running Juris server. Only one instance of Juris Go Manager may be installed per firm.

These components are installed:

• Juris Go Manager. You use this tool to allocate Juris Go licenses to timekeepers.

• Juris Go service. This service manages traffic between your local Juris database and cloud-based services, which communicate with the Juris Go app.

Note the following considerations when selecting a computer to install the service on:

• Install Juris Go Manager on your server running Juris and Juris Suite. Do not install it on any other computer.

• The computer must be running Juris 2.6.1 or higher and Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher.

• .NET Framework 4.6.1 and SQL Server 2012 or higher must be installed on the computer.

• The computer must maintain a continuous connections to the Internet and to your Juris database.

• It is important to install the service on a computer that can handle the additional network traffic that will be generated by your mobile timekeeping staff. For information on installation and using the tool to allocate licenses, see the Juris Go Administrator Guide.
